The Airline Process
Oxygen-dependent travelers can take off with ease
You’ve got enough on your mind when you travel—let us take care of your oxygen unit! We make it easy by delivering a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) to your home at least 24 hours before your departure. That way you can use it in the car, at the airport, on the plane, at your destination, and back. Don’t worry: it’s easy and legal to take your oxygen unit through security checkpoints.
You’ll also have access to our 24-hour technical support team who are ready to assist you every step of the way with:
- Troubleshooting via phone in case your POC is not functioning to your satisfaction
- Immediate replacement service if your device is lost or damaged
- Access to a licensed respiratory therapist and board-certified physicians to answer your oxygen-related questions. (Your traveling companions and guides may also call us on your behalf)
Our partners Delta Air Lines and Virgin Atlantic no longer provide or allow compressed medical oxygen, or Personal oxygen systems containing liquid oxygen, onboard. You can however use approved Portable Oxygen Concentrators with advance notification.
