If you anticipate using a portable oxygen concentrator (POC) onboard any Virgin Atlantic flight, you must follow this process and be cleared by OxygenToGo®. The aircraft cabin is pressurised between 6 and 8,000 feet above sea level. If you have any queries about this form, please contact OxygenToGo® direct.

  1. Please complete all fields a minimum of 48 hours (excluding weekends) before your first flight is scheduled to depart
  2. OxygenToGo® will contact you to review your request and the next steps
  3. If OxygenToGo® doesn’t contact you within 24 hours, please call to make sure they’ve received your request.
  4. Once approved, please bring a copy of this form with you to the airport.

POC and/or Battery Rental
If you need to rent a POC for a Virgin Atlantic flight, you must complete a separate
OxygenToGo® rental agreement, which you can find on You can also rent POC batteries if you need them for your own equipment.

Approved POC’s
Only Virgin Atlantic approved POC’s can be used onboard a Virgin Atlantic flight.
No other oxygen sources will be allowed. You may use your own POC if it is one of our approved units.
