Oxygen To Go

Customer Testimonials

David and Jimmy (and O2Go Staff),

I wanted to say THANK YOU again — you have been amazing! All my concerns, late phone calls and many, many questions have been addressed until I was 100% satisfied with the answers (which on many occasions took awhile! LOL). Our trip went perfectly — the Sequal performed fantastic! And most of all our lil’ guy was safe in your hands. So here comes a “pat on the back” from accross the miles. Thank you for all you do!David and Jimmy (and O2Go Staff)

I rented your unit in October going to St. Lucia. It was a marvelous feeling not to worry about being stranded at an airport without o2. I am interested in buying one.

My husband just rented this product for a trip regarding another transplant. We would just like to thank you and let you know that our experience with your company and product where nothing less than terrific. The product arrived early, easy to use, no problems with airlines and returning the unit was no hassel. Thank you again.

I can’t say enough about oxygentogo.

I have absolutely no problems boarding or while on the airplane from los angeles to honolulu and on my connedting flight to knoa hawaii. It worked with no problems on each flight.

I was very pleased with the oxygen monitor that was included in the kit. It helped me know and realize when I needed the oxygen. There have been times I haven’t used my oxygen as I would just rest and feel fine. By monitoring it I knew when my level was below 90. I can stop fooling myself now and use the oxygen.

Jimmy and david were so helpful in getting me the kit with everything I needed. I ordered only 3 days prior to our flight as I was told by hawaiian airlines to call 72 hours in advance for oxygen. When I called they informed me they gave me oxygentogo’s phone number. I called they immediately explained the service to me.

David faxed me the contract and I faxed my signed copies back to them. The kit was delivered to me on wednesday and gave me time to read and understand the machine.

I had a question that evening as to how to attach the machine to the rolling cart and called the 800 number. Their answering service immediately found jimmy as I told them I had a problem. He was so kind and helpful answering many of my questions. These gentlemen are very polite and caring to their clients.

i feel the oxygentogo should be better advertised. Over a month prior to my trip I called five different oxygen distributotors to try and rent a machine and they all said “no one does that” they’d only try to seel me the equipment. Because of their kindness and concern i’ll be purchasing a machine from your company if I could afford one, however i’ll have to wait until I hit the lottery. But in the meantime i’ll be renting your kit for every flight I take!

Sincerely, Barbara O.

I want to take this opportunity to let you know what a positive experience we had with the system on our recent cruise to Alaska. The system arrived in plenty of time for me to become familiar with it and it’s use. I felt positive in getting on the plane with the system and the batteries held up just fine for the four and a half hour flight, the hour long transfer to the cruise ship and to our suite. We very easily transferred the system to the ship’s electrical system and recharged the batteries. It was just so easy to use and so trustworthy. We never had a moment’s problem.

I talked to several people on the cruise that were using oxygen and they were amazed at the system itself and at how inexpensive it was to rent the unit compared to what they had to pay for oxygen for the flight, time at the airport and the cruise. They paid almost three times the amount of what I paid and one lady had a malfunction with her system and her rental company had to fly another system to her on the ship!

The instructions provided for assembly and packing for return of the system to your company are very user friendly and easy.

You and your staff have been spectacular to work with. You did everything you said that you would do and it was done in a friendly and courteous manner. That doesn’t always happen with every company I have to deal with for accessibility equipment and it’s very much appreciated.

Please feel free to use my name in anyway that would be helpful in letting those in need of your services know that this system exists and that it is easy to use and financially friendly!

Thanks again for making our trip such a wonderful experience!

Sincerely, Tom H.

Thanks so much for a terrific product and superb customer service. I needed to fly my 80-year-old, oxygen and wheelchair dependent father from Syracuse NY to Sarasota FL, on an indirect flight. I was worried about the entire trip, but especially about the airport time in Atlanta. The Inogen One not only provided a backup to the flight-provided oxygen, but continuous oxygen between flights and while on the road. The unit’s “cute” design is very simple and easy to use, while the instructions are straightforward. It arrived at our house without a problem and performed beautifully throughout the trip. It’s a rare and wonderful product that is so important, yet elegant in it’s simplicity. Oxygen To Go’s policies and customer service were also straight forward and pleasant. Thanks, Jimmy, for not only being a superb professional, but also for instilling confidence, being a heck of a nice guy, and fun to talk to. I am spreading accolades for Oxygen To Go to everyone I know who asks about our trip, as well as those who might possibly be needing portable oxygen. I’m so relieved that we got Dad to Florida without a problem. Oxygen To Go was instrumental in making that happen. Keep up the great service! Thanks! Many thanks!

Sincerely, Bonnie

President & Ceo of Oxygen To Go and Mr. Jimmy Nelson

On April 6, 2006 with the assistance of equipment provided by Oxygen To Go we successfully flew on NWA from Bradenton/Sarasota, Fl. to Syracuse, NY.

Madelyn’s normal oxygen level is at 3L all the time.(24/7) The ocimeter provided was one of the most valuable pieces of equipment provided. I read all the info, talked to Mr. Nelson and felt very confident I could do it right. Madelyn’s blood oxygen level is around 95 on the ground. She started dropping to 80/82 once we started to climb. I increased the flow as we reached 30,0000 feet. She was at 4.5L and oxygen level of 90 for 2 1/2 hours. When we started to descend and ready to land I did the reverse. Madelyn was back to 3L and a level of 92 once we landed. I did this procedure twice that day.

We did test the equipment before the flight. I did not want any surprises. It all worked like a charm. We even found electrical outlets at the airport so we could charge the batteries. a few people were very interested so I gave them your WEB address and Mr. Nelson’s name. I met one women who wanted just a few minutes of oxygen, guess what my answer was. The professionalism and caring attitude of Jimmy Nelson was outstanding. I would give him an A+. He made me feel like I knew what I was doing; with the help of Jimmy, this humble person, paddled Madelyn all the was to Syracuse.

I really could ramble on and on and on about how great your equipment works. Should you ever need me to ramble on to a potential customer please do not hesitate to ask.

Thanks for exceptional service.

I would like to thank you for your excellent assistance when I inquired about the use of the Inogen One oxygen system. Since my diagnosis of C.O.P.D. and Sarcoidosis in April, 2005, I have been unable to pursue my profession of consulting in airport safety and security due to 100% oxygen use requirement. My travel has been curtailed, and all long term commitments for service were temporarily postponed.

However, I began searching the internet for “portable oxygen systems” that would enable me to return to work while utilizing the most advanced system presently available. I found your company on the internet and I was genuinely interested in your rental program so I could evaluate an entire system. I was amazed at the operation of the Inogen One system, but I was equally pleased by you and your company’s commitment to service and customer satisfaction.

I was able to fully utilize the Inogen One system in my home environment, in my automobile and fully utilize the battery mode of operation. Wow, it was wonderful to finally regain some lifestyle freedom. No extra M-6 tanks to haul around, no continuous monitoring of the “tank” to make sure “I had enough left”—just change the battery and off I go. How neat! How reassuring!

I will be purchasing an Inogen One system in the future thanks to your rental program and will be in contact with you. I would like however, to emphasize that the friendliness of service you provided to me beyond just the rental program is a credit to you personally and your company’s commitment to customer service. Thanks for all your kind assistance.

I’ve rented other machines to go on the road. They are noisy, difficult, and use more power than I’d like…. The Inogen One is quiet, light, with long battery life… It’s a great roll-on: as strong and sturdy as anything I’ve ever seen… I can take Inogen anywhere.

I’m really impressed with the unit and how well thought-out it seems to be. I’m also impressed with the fantastic, friendly and efficient service I’ve received to date. Thanks again, and I’ll be in touch after we return from the cruise!

Just wanted you to know we’re back from our trip all safe and sound. Our experience with the device was nothing short of amazing. It made traveling with my mother very easy. Thanks!

Inogen One

We rent several different models of portable oxygen concentrators (POCs) for periods from a week to months. Every rental includes 24-hour access to respiratory therapists and board-certified physicians. And we can deliver these units to you FAST!

Did you know? With the FAA ruling, airlines require that you must have 150% of your flight time in battery time. So with a six hour flight, you would need nine hours of battery time. Call us with any questions at 877-736-8691
